VC3000 Support

Please check the VC3000 manual first as it may answer your question.  If you cannot find the answer in the manual, check the Frequently asked questions.

Support hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm CST.

Contact us for support by mail or phone.  Our preferred method for support is Email since we may have to research the problem.  Fill out a support form for email support.  It also helps to send us the .RUN files if you have a question relating to data obtained from a VC3000PC, VC3000DAQ or VC3000RFM.
