Profile
Professional Software comes with free one year support if you purchased a VC4000PC,
VC4000DAQ or a RFM4000.
After that Vericom
offers three support options:

The first is limited email support which may take up to 48 hours
to respond. Click here for email support.

The second is a
pay per incident support where the customer pays $50.00 for phone
support of a problem. Software updates are free within the same
major revision. In other words version 5.0.0 to 5.0.x is free but
to upgrade to 5.1.x would cost a nominal upgrade fee.

The third is a service contract where the customer pays $150.00 per year
to get unlimited email or phone support and free software updates we release
during the contract term. The contract can be renewed for 1, 2, 3, or 5 year terms. See Price sheet for details.
Our
preferred method for support is Email since we may have to research
the problem. It also helps to send us the .RUN files if you
have a question relating to data obtained.
Support hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
CST.
