Profile Professional Software Support

Check the Frequently asked questions first as it may answer your question.  Also, please check the help file.

Profile Professional Software comes with free support if you purchased a VC3000PC, VC3000DAQ or a VC3000RFM.  If you didn't purchase a VC3000, phone support is $50 per incident or $150 for a one year support contract.

Support hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm CST.

Contact us for support by mail or phone.  Our preferred method for support is Email since we may have to research the problem.  Fill out a support form for email support.  It also helps to send us the .RUN files if you have a question relating to data obtained.

If you are having a problem with the software, an update may fix the problem.  All updates are free.
