Profile
Professional Software comes with free support if you purchased a VC3000PC,
VC3000DAQ or a VC3000RFM. If you didn't purchase a VC3000,
phone support is $50 per incident or $150 for a one year support
contract.
Support hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
CST.
Contact us for support by mail or
phone. Our
preferred method for support is Email since we may have to research
the problem. Fill out a support
form for email support. It also helps to send us the .RUN files if you
have a question relating to data obtained.
If you are having a problem with the software, an update may fix the problem. All updates are free.
