1. Fixed problem with VC3000 Settings on the RFM tab, Operators.  It would not clear the operators properly.

1. Changed VC3000 USB communication to use the "Custom Baud Rate" property. This negates the need for a custom (proprietary) Vericom device driver, so the standard FTDI driver can be used.

1. Added to the graphing sub-system an additional cursor selection.  Cursor selections now are: No cursor, single cursor that displays the value at the cursor position, and the new average cursor modes.  The average cursor selection display two cursors, one green, the other red.  The display shows the average of the values between the two cursors.  The green cursor is the start of average, with the red cursor indicating the end.  When in dual cursor mode the keyboard left and right cursor keys will move the last selected cursor.

1. Added math for: distance for turn away, distance for lane change, and minimum speed.  These math routines use a graphical report writer for enhanced printout.
2. Added metric formulas.Changed formulas from radians to degrees.  Accident reconstruction personnel more commonly use degrees.
3. Chart editor, fixed the editing of the chart grid.
4. Display average, added check boxes, so operator can deselect runs from averages.
5. Sensor smoothing increased to 0-99 from 0-9.Data menu, added "save as ASCII".

1. VC3000 Import has new feature to save runs in ASCII (*.csv) file format.  Excel may be used to read these files.
2. Move the default run parameters from the Import form to the options form.  Added to Options form Header Defaults, Sensor Defaults, and OBDII Defaults.  These default parameters are written to the Profile.INI file.
3. OBDII Distance added.  OBDII Distance is calculated from OBDII Speed.
4. OBDII distance calibration parameters added.
